Quality management

The DQS (Daily Quality System) is a simplified version of the European standard EN 1354. It is a technical quality management system for the control of daily and periodic cleaning activities, originally intended to guide the improvement of internal cleaning processes.

Over the years, the DQS has also been used to engage external customers by providing them with structured information through reports and graphs.

FacilityApps comes with a number of predefined DQS forms, but also allows you to apply your own quality management methodology.
