    The digital logbook app is an integrated ticketing system and the first step towards an excellent customer experience. It simplifies the creation of service tickets, including photo evidence, after which they are automatically copied to the task list of an assigned employee.

    One central place for all customer queries, requests for extra work, complaints and comments.

    Both the customer, employee and manager can access the app to respond to tickets. The app shows the status and follow-up of tickets. Employees are kept informed in real time via push notifications. Live dashboards provide clear reports, an overview per customer and can be accessed independently by customers.
