Under the heading 'Digital interaction with client', the article was about new ways cleaning companies seek to interact with their customers, without having to hire many extra people. Greg Klaver, with 11 years of experience in the cleaning industry, saw the App in use at another cleaning company (Succes) and was immediately convinced.
