At FacilityApps, we believe the future of cleaning revolves around collaboration: the cleaner on the floor, robots providing support, and data from the building itself. Not one of the three can manage it alone. In many cases, hardware is also required. FacilityApps runs pilots in large shopping centres, offices and other buildings in collaboration with various partners (such as Tork). We test what works, what causes friction and how sensor data genuinely contributes to better, simpler and faster work on the floor. Our conviction: data and robots do not replace the cleaner. They make visible what would otherwise remain hidden, and ensure that the cleaner spends their time where it matters most at that moment. That, to us, is Data Driven Cleaning.
