About the job
As a Junior Help Desk Employee, you will be the first point of contact at FacilityApps for our customers and partners when they have questions about FacilityApps functionalities or when they experience a problem. Your goal is to help these customers and partners as best as possible to answer the questions they have. Based on the feedback we receive from our customers and partners and of course your own observations, you come up with improvement proposals for the FacilityApps platform.

Besides regular servicedesk tasks, You will have a lot of contact with our developers, designer and product manager.

We specialize in the development of apps for on-site operational processes. The curiosity and drive of the Management Team, with over 20 years of experience in Facility Management, have created a revolution in Mobile Workforce Management.
What started as a search for efficiency and productivity improvement tools, has led to the development of a flexible Mobile App & SaaS platform for all digital processes and Internet of Things applications within Cleaning.

In 2021, FacilityApps was voted the number 1 Partner of Choice 2021 when it comes to (the procurement of) digital solutions in the world of cleaning and facilities! Partner of Choice is the supplier quality mark in the cleaning industry. Of those surveyed, 49% are involved in the procurement of digital systems and solutions for 400 cleaning companies.

What are we looking for?
Someone with an attitude that helps customers and partners move forward!
Good communication skills in word and writing in Dutch & English.
You are interested in IT and technology, mobile device settings and/or databases do not scare you.
In possession of at least a completed MBO level 4 education, direction IT.
Availability of at least 4 days per week.
Location: Purmerend.
Flexible attitude, you are patient, work in a structured way and are resistant to stress;
Ability to solve problems, decisiveness and sense of responsibility;
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. Command of the French and/or German language is an advantage.
