Purmerend, 13 November 2025 – Nocore FacilityApps is introducing the new Multi Planner functionality during the Cleaning Trade Days. This feature enables planners to collaborate more efficiently in the planning board through real-time planning. The tool prevents duplicate work and potential scheduling conflicts through immediate synchronization between all team members, resulting in time savings, improved oversight and communication, and fewer errors.
Real-time collaboration in a shared environment
The Multi Planner provides a central planning environment where all involved parties can schedule their tasks and work orders. The system processes changes immediately and makes them visible to all users.
“What makes the Multi Planner special is that it not only detects conflicts, but also prevents them immediately,” explains Sem Wong, Product Manager at FacilityApps. “We noticed that customers using the Employee Planning Board struggled with not being able to view each other’s (potential) changes simultaneously. With the arrival of Multi Planner, our customers no longer need to rely on constant emails and phone calls to resolve double bookings.”

Availability
Multi Planner is immediately available for all existing customers of Nocore FacilityApps and FacilityApps as part of the Employee Planning module. New customers can receive this functionality as a standard feature with a FacilityApps subscription. The module is fully integrated with Nocore’s ERP and Online software.
