Integrated Work Order App from Nocore and FacilityApps live
Nocore and FacilityApps have worked hard over the past few months to shape the collaboration. The goal is to offer customers the best of both worlds, with a large number of functionalities fully integrated. A few months ago, the NAW interface, which synchronises information about objects and contacts, was already delivered. Now the planning and handling of work orders, DKS and visit reports are also ready, meaning tasks entered flow seamlessly from Nocore into FacilityApps and vice versa.
What has been realised?
"It is always quite complex to get 2 systems to talk to each other. The NAW link was the first step as we defined it in our roadmap and after some test weeks we were ready for the next steps," said Milo Visser, product manager at FacilityApps. The next steps we defined in our joint roadmap are the DKS app, visit reports app and the work order app.
Work order app
This means that work orders from the Nocore planning end up as tasks in FacilityApps. Hours are then assigned here, any extra info or photos, and then the work order is signed off, after which this information is stored in Nocore and processed directly. This is quite advanced because we are also touching the heart of the ERP here.
Johan van Dijk van Nocore: "The first customers have been implemented in the past 2 weeks. Of course there are always some challenges, but it is now running stably and these customers are satisfied. There is a user group that gets priority for implementations, but the rollout to other companies can start. We are working extra hard to get customers who already use the Nocore Apps onto these integrated apps before the end of the year."
At the Cleaning Trade Days there is a demo of the integration between Nocore and FacilityApps at stand blue 7.
