Employees can request leave, follow the status and view payslips: together with Nocore in the Netherlands, FacilityApps is extending what cleaning employees can do themselves. HR tasks get a place in the same app employees already use for their daily work.
Request leave and follow the status
Employees can request leave for a few hours, a full day or several days. In the app they follow whether a request is pending, approved or rejected. In the same place they see which request is still waiting for a decision and which leave has been approved.

Open your payslip from the app
Payslips and annual statements can also be opened and downloaded from the personal documents folder. The employee selects the document and views it directly, without first going to the Nocore portal. The demonstration shows how a sample payslip is opened from this folder.
Connected to payroll administration
Leave requests are recorded in Nocore and reviewed by authorised managers in the FacilityApps portal. After the final decision, the status is updated. Approved leave is passed on to time processing, depending on the configuration.
After processing in Nocore, payslips reach the right employee through the configured connection. Account management can also follow the personnel records: new employees can receive an account automatically, and the account is deactivated when someone leaves the company.
For companies that use both Nocore and FacilityApps
Cleaning companies in the Netherlands that use both systems can start with this employee module. That requires the connection and a suitable setup of accounts, roles and processes. The options are not activated automatically in every customer environment.
Depending on the chosen modules and setup, the app can also offer news, work instructions, time registration, forms and tasks. These options are not a standard part of the employee module.
